On Saturday, October 30, 2021 we gave a first taste of our dessert PURPLE RAIN paired with the über-delicious natural wine FrauenPower by Alanna Lagamba – Vin De LaGamba at Vinsupernaturel.

PURPLE RAIN
The name of our ice cream has of course a reference to the 1984 song by Prince. Moreover, Purple Rain entails a deep longing or desire that will likely not be met. You will want to keep on eating the ice cream and never want it to be over. It’s vegetarian, vegan, lactose- and gluten free, but most of all: highly addictive!
