Description

APP OVERVIEW

The Housewife Wedding Planner App is a private browser-based planning space for couples who want the whole wedding picture in one place. It brings together budget, guests, seating, suppliers, payments, timeline, checklist, registry, visual planning, attire, mood boards, drinks planning, backups and exports.

Use it from the first idea stage through the final week. Start with the big details, then keep adding decisions as they become real: guest names, dietary notes, supplier costs, table plans, payment dates, outfits, visual references, registry links and the timing of the day itself.

The dashboard gives you a quick planning pulse: budget status, estimated and actual spend, remaining budget, RSVP follow-up, supplier status, upcoming payments, checklist progress and a wedding snapshot. It helps you see what is moving, what still needs attention and what is starting to affect the budget.

The app is especially useful if your wedding has several moving parts: destination planning, city weddings, cultural details, family logistics, food and drinks, accommodation, outfits, decor decisions, legal document costs and supplier payments. Instead of keeping everything scattered across notes, screenshots, messages and spreadsheets, you can collect it in one calm planning system.

GLOSSARY

Actual cost: The amount already paid or confirmed. This helps you see what has moved from estimate into real wedding spend.

Attire: The clothing and accessories connected to the wedding, including ceremony looks, civil ceremony looks, dinner outfits, shoes, jewellery, fittings, alterations and final payments.

Backup: A downloadable copy of your planner data and uploaded images. Use it to keep your own copy or continue planning on another device.

Bar shopping list: A drinks planning tool that estimates champagne, beer, wine, liquor, mixers and water based on guest count, reception length and drinking style.

Budget status: A dashboard signal that shows whether your estimated or actual spend is still within the total budget you entered.

Checklist: Your editable task list for planning actions, deadlines and final week reminders.

Currency lock: The planning currency is chosen when you save your start details. It stays locked for that planner so the numbers remain consistent.

Dietary notes: Guest food details such as vegetarian, vegan, allergies, gluten-free, no pork or other important catering information.

Estimated cost: A planned or expected amount before the final invoice, payment or booking is confirmed.

Export: A downloadable CSV file for specific planning areas such as budget, guests, suppliers, timeline, seating or registry.

Upcoming payments: Supplier and attire payments with due dates. These appear on the dashboard so important balances stay visible.
