Strawberry-Sumac Ceviche
Strawberry gazpacho with rhubarb, creamy coconut, thyme, and a hint of chili.
With fermented strawberry, deep fried plantain, fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and basilicum.
A savoury quiche with strawberry, green peas, chèvre, and béchamel sauce.
Our home-made strawberry-hibiscus gelato served with meringue.
Please note that the main dish contains gluten, which cannot be made otherwise.
As always, the menu is paired with remarkable natural wines from women producers. This time with Alanna LaGamba from Vin de la Gamba, who will be present at the dinner!
