Our version of this delicious Caribbean black rum fruit cake with such as dates, raisins, cherries, plums, and pineapple. It is quite expensive to make, because of the ingredients and the long fermentation process. Therefore, it's typically only made to celebrate important life events. Complimented with Dry Orange Curaçao Liqueur.
