In 2017, Aline Domingues founded Menina d’Uva. This natural winemaking project resides in the village of Uva, situated in the Planalto Mirandês region. It is part of Trás-os-Montes near Portugal’s northeastern border with Spain.

Our family farm, founded over 35 years ago by our father, Ricardo Ibarra, is dedicated to producing exceptional coffee, but also to preserving and respecting the environment. From the very beginning, we have maintained a natural reserve on the farm that remains untouched to this day. While the farm spans a larger area, we only actively work on 180 hectares, ensuring that the natural ecosystem continues to thrive.
