We highlight three dishes from our La Casalinga menu.
 
During our masterclass you get to join us in the kitchen, where we will teach you how to turn basic ingredients into mind-blowing dishes packed with flavor. You will learn how to use different spices and aromatics, giving more variety in your everyday kitchen. After the masterclass, you get to enjoy the food we made together.
 
You will learn how to make:
 
SUPPLÌ DI ZUCCA 
Fried Italian classic filled with roasted hokkaido, arborio rice, parmigiano-reggiano, sage, and a touch of habanero chili.
 
LA PARMIGIANA 
The ultimate comfort food dish with deep fried melanzane (aubergine), tomato sauce, fresh basil, parmigiano-reggiano and mozzarella.
 
BABÀ AL RUM 
Our version of this Neopolitan classic sponge cake soaked in Caribbean rum, filled with passionfruit-vanilla-coconut cream.
Served with amarena, tropical pineapple, mango, and colourful edible flowers.

 
The event is suitable for vegetarians.
Making vegan dishes is possible on request.
Drinks can be bought separately.
