THE CARIBBEAN HOUSEWIFE x COOP
The Caribbean Housewife’s Hot Soul Soup is full of flavor and friendly, warm spices, which stimulate all the senses. All soups are plant based, vegetarian, vegan, gluten- and lactose-free, and as far as possible made with organic or biodynamic products. For the product-development, production, design and packaging to realize an exciting new convenience product in the start-up phase, we reached our COOP crowdfunding goal of DKK 30.000 kr on March 31 with the support of 89 backers!
TIME FOR THE NEXT STEP
Since opening in October 2016, The Caribbean Housewife has been ‘the place to be‘ in Copenhagen to get healthy and delicious soups, desserts, and other dishes such as cornbread. Our Hot Soul Soup and pop-up restaurant with Housewife Roast dinner events has attracted people from all over the world. Many people enjoy the food and experience so much that they keep coming back for more. Now in 2022, it’s time to capture this experience in a practical retail version and great convenience product so more people can enjoy our soup. Also when The Caribbean Housewife is not open. There are already point of sales opportunities, such as DeliDrop at Torvehallerne, where backers will be able to get the Hot Soul Soup at the end of this crowdfunding campaign.
